During the summer you need to refresh and hydrate. We have a perfect recipe for a tasty and healthy smoothie: pineapple and green tea smoothie, perfect for breakfast, but also as a rich snack!
- 2 tablespoons of Long Jing Green Tea
- 1/2 avocado (ripe)
- 1 cup pineapple (frozen)
- 1/2 cup of milk (please choose the one you prefer)
- 1 small handful of boiled green vegetables (peas, spinach, etc…)
- 1/2 lemon (squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (optional)
How to prepare the smoothie:
Prepare tea with Long Jing leaves and let it cool. Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Drink.
