- Bai Sha Lu Green Tea Leaves
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 orange – juice
- 1 tangerine – juice
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes
How to prepare fruity green tea smoothie:
Prepare the tea according to the brewing instructions, stir in the sugar, allow to cool and discard the leaves. Once the liquid has cooled, add the orange juice and tangerine juice. In blender, place tea, banana and ice cubes, blend until smooth and frothy. Enjoy your breakfast!
