- 150 g of tapioca flour
- 10 gr of Matcha Ariake Tea from Kagoshima
- 150 g of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 90 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla extract
- 100 gr of white chocolate
How to prepare these delicious cookies
Separate the dry ingredients from the liquid ingredients and, in a fairly large bowl, pour one egg and the brown sugar. Work vigorously with a hand (or electric) whisk to achieve a frothy consistency.

In the meantime, flour the work surface and, get some heart-shaped molds to make the cookies. Choose the shape you prefer if you do not want hearts, alternatively you can just use your hands. Line a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
After 50 minutes, take the dough and transfer it to the work surface. Knead for a few more minutes and then roll it out to obtain a disk of about 1.50 cm. Cut out the cookies with the shapes and place them on the baking sheet. Bake the pan at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
