Perfect for hot summer days, this is an invigorating and refreshing iced tea. The delicious combination of lemon and blueberry will make you fall in love with this drink.
Ingredients:
- 4 teaspoons of Da Hong Pao Premium Banyan Oolong Tea
- frozen blueberries
- 3/4 of a cup full of sugar
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- to decorate: fresh blueberries, lemon peels
Procedure for making this iced tea:
Heat a saucepan over medium heat and bring the blueberries and lemon juice to a boil, add the sugar and let the mixture dissolve, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; strain mixture into a bowl and squeeze blueberries well to recover all the juice inside. Discard skins and remains in colander. Rinse the pot.
Bring the water to a boil in the same pot in which we cooked the blueberries; add the Da Hong Pao Premium Oolong Tea from Banyan; let infuse for 3 minutes.
Discard leaves and allow to cool. Mix the two compounds, pour into a pitcher; cover and let cool for 1 hour. Serve with ice cubes. Decorate to taste with fresh fruit.
