Here is a list of the necessary ingredients:
- Vodka
- Silver Needle Yunnan White Tea
- Sweet Vermouth
- Pomegranate juice
- Fresh mint leaves
- Amarena cherries
- Honey
Procedure
Infuse 2gr of Yunnan Silver Needle White Tea in 100 ml of water and wait 10 minutes. In a shaker combine the White Tea infusion, 50 ml pomegranate juice, 20 ml vodka, 20 ml sweet vermouth and 3-5 broken mint leaves. Shake with ice and pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with sour cherries. Enjoy!
