Ingredients (for 8 people):
- Wholemeal flour 250 g
- Sunflower seed oil 80 g
- Brown sugar 100 g
- Soy milk to taste
- Instant baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Green tea 2 tablespoons
Green tea cookies (you can choose your favorite on our website) are low in calories and perfect for those who want to lose weight. Green tea is considered a natural antibacterial, helps prevent diabetes and controls blood cholesterol levels.
This recipe is super simple, and what’s more, the green tea flavor gives the cookies a sweet and delicate note. For a richer flavor, spread some blueberry jam on the cookie.
How to make these tasty cookies!
In a bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, oil and baking powder. Mix the ingredients together until you have a sandy mixture. Grind the green tea leaves and add two tablespoons of tea powder to the mixture.
Mix everything together and add the room-temperature soy milk a little at a time, until smooth and homogeneous.
Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin until you get a thickness of 3-4 mm and cut the dough with a wheel: you must obtain rectangles.
Lay the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes at 350°F.
