- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of Yunnan Dragon Pearl Red (Black) Tea
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of honey
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups of Seltzer or sparkling water
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1 medium orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- For decoration: blueberries and fresh mint
How to prepare red tea and citrus fruit punch
Prepare the Yunnan Dragon Pearl Red (Black) Tea infusion according to the instructions. Add honey; cool. Combine tea infusion, orange juice, seltzer and lemon juice in a large pitcher; stir in fruit. Serve with plenty of ice. Garnish with mint.
