Salmon tartare is a simple and delicious dish, made with a few ingredients and suitable for serving on special occasions. In order to cut the salmon in the best possible way, we recommend placing it in the freezer for 20 minutes before serving. In addition, the addition of Matcha Tea powder gives the dish a unique and extraordinary taste.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for salmon tartare with matcha tea
- Salmon fillet 600 g
- Finely chopped chives

Prepare the salmon tartare
Remove any bones from the salmon fillet, cut it into cubes about 5mm per side. Place the tartare in the salad bowl; add a tablespoon of chives, the juice of the lemon and a tablespoon of olive oil; season with salt and pepper and toss. Let stand.
Then prepare the Matcha tea oil: mix the rest of the oil with the rest of the chives; add the Matcha tea powder, mix it all together, whisk well and let it sit.
Serve the tartare on plates, accompanied by a green salad and with Matcha oil on the side.
