Start your day with this delicious chia seed pudding packed with protein and all the benefits of this particular green tea!
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup of almond milk
- ½ teaspoon of mint extract
- 1 ½ teaspoons of Matcha Tea
- ½ teaspoon of maple syrup or honey
- A few slices of banana and fresh raspberries
How to prepare Pudding with matcha and chia seeds
Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk, mint extract, Matcha powder and maple syrup in a bowl, and whisk until everything is incorporated.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight to firm up.
Once ready, remove from the refrigerator and stir again to make sure there are no lumps. If the pudding is too thick, add a little almond milk.
Pour your chia pudding into a glass and serve with banana slices and fresh raspberries – a real treat!
