That’s what we need:
- 2 single-serving sticks of Matcha Ceremony Grade tea
- 4 Mature bananas
- 20gr sweetened condensed milk (or 10gr honey for lactose intolerant)
- Food processor
Cut the bananas into small pieces.
Freeze sliced banana pieces for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Using a food processor, blend frozen bananas until similar to a puree
CAUTION: Frozen bananas are quite hard, remove them from the freezer 15 minutes before blending.
Add the matcha and sweetened condensed milk (or honey) and blend until soft ice cream results.
Leave one hour in freezer or until desired consistency is reached.
Serve and enjoy!
