Green Tea Soup with Vegetables

  • Green tea leaves 
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 fennel
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 potato
  • parsley to serve

How to Make Green Tea Soup

In a liter of water let infuse two teaspoons of green tea for 2/3 minutes. After the infusion, keep the leaves. Cut the vegetables into strips and steam them leaving them slightly crunchy.

Put the tea, after brewing, back on the stove with a little salt and a carrot, fennel and a little onion to make it sweeter.

Let it simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes (with lid on). Remove the vegetables from the tea and pour it onto plates, adding the steamed vegetables, then serve.
